These people are as honest and trustworthy as you could possibly imagine. They beat everyone else’s price which was enough to earn my business, but then they noticed that they had overcharged us by $5 when I paid over the phone. It was a simple matter of transposing two numbers, and I didn’t think anything of it. A week or two after they delivered the bed, a check for $5 showed up in the mail with a note of apology and some Dutch Bros gift cards. That was enough to earn this review and my business forever. -Derek C
I had read all the reviews before deciding to shop for a new mattress at this retailer. I told Josh what I wanted and that I didn’t have alot to spend. He listened and showeed me my options. There was no pressure and both he and Abel were patient and very informative. I will definitely be returning to buy another mattress for my other grandchild next payday. My husband and I would highly recommend Mattress RX for the purchase of your next mattress. Bob knows his mattresses. His assistance was crucial in helping us pick out the perfect mattress for our price point and comfort level. The prices in this store are some of the best in the valley, as I am a consumer who does my research before making a purchase. But the customer service that you will receive at this store will hands down be the reason you will return again and again. This is the best mattress store I would highly recommend. Not only their prices are the best, but their customer service is out of this world!!! We moved from out of state to our unfurnished condo in Nampa. Two days before we arrived I called several mattress company and Dan and Abel were the only company that was willing to help us out, by delivering our mattress to our condo prior to our arrival. Not only they help to carry the bed up the stairs but also had the bed made with the sheets we bought from them … good quality sheets too at an excellent price. Good to work with a local company.
